1. Data Privacy
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. You are welcome to visit our present website free of charge and without having to specify any personal data.
2. Logfiles
An anonymous logfile is created about your visit to our website. Our web host, the Velvet Group, GmbH, stores it on its servers in DE for a period of three months.
The user’s IP address is made anonymous prior to storage and is not personally identifiable. Thus, the logfiles of our web host are stored in compliance with data protection laws. We have access to these logfiles for nine weeks, afterwards the data is deleted automatically. The logfiles are neither stored nor evaluated in our local network.
3. Analysis tools
The analysis tool eHost.com WebAnalytics, which is compliant with data protection laws, examines the number of visitors and page views of our homepage. We are provided with information on most frequently visited pages and on which pages are not so interesting to our visitors since they tend to leave the website after having requested these pages. In this way, potential for improvement of our web presence can be specifically explored.
4. Cookies
Cookies are data records that are sent from the web server to the web browser of the user and stored there for later retrieval. Like many other websites today, we use cookies only for the purpose of receiving information on the use of our web presence, and for optimisation and statistical purposes. The used data records do not contain any personal information. No combining of your data retrieved from Cookies with any personal data you may have submitted occurs.

5. Contact form
In the contact form there is the opportunity for the input of personal data, such as name and e-mail addresses. Herewith we point out that the input of this data is explicitly voluntary.
Data entered into the contact form is forwarded to us via email and is not visible to the public. We explicitly point out here that the transfer of data in the internet by communicating via e-mail may have security vulnerability and cannot be completely protected from being accessed by third parties.
By sending your personal data to us via the contact form you declare your acceptance and give us the permission to collect, process and use the data provided for the purpose of processing your enquiry, including signing and execution of contract, in compliance with the regulations of the Data Protection Act. Your data is neither transmitted to third parties nor sold or used unlawfully in any other way.
6. Right of information, revocation and deletion
At any time, you have the right to revoke your agreement to data storage and data use.
On written request (no e-mails) we shall provide written information as to the stored personal data, to whom this data was passed on, if applicable, e.g. in the context of execution of contracts, and the purpose of the data storage.
Furthermore, you have the right to demand the correction or deletion of personal data stored about you.
The right to deletion shall be replaced by a right to blocking of the personal data stored about you if statutory, official or contractual storage periods stand counter to deletion or if there is any other reason, Peru Law of Protection of Personal Data shall apply. Blocking means that the data remains within the respective file of our company but is marked with a blocking notice and is therefore inaccessible to any further processing.
